Using Image as Background Causes Massive Compression

Let me start by saying Weebly gets a lot of things right. I am usually extremely satisfied with Weebly. However, I have run into issues that I used to just ignore, but now it's getting annoying. Modern websites are expected to have crisp, sharp images. However, if I upload a high quality photo as a background for a section, it ends up massively compressed and looks terrible. This is getting to be unnacceptable with today's web presence expectations. (*Note: I have read that someone suggested downsizing the image so Weebly will be able to process it better. This never works) I know people have complained about Weebly's insane amount of image compression for years, is there any chance this will ever get tackled?image
