Unable to verify my account, so I cant publish my website

So I believe this is right section to post it in:

Hi. So im trying to publish my website and when I click publish I get "Please Verify Your Weebly Account", "To publish your site, please verify your Weebly account.".

When I click "Click to continue", it asks for my phone number to verify. I dont have a working phone number at the moment so I am unable to complete this verification, so I cant publish my site, at all.
