Unable to insert image in "Text and image" Layout

I tried looking for help in your "Support" but couldnt find it.

Basically, I added a new "Text and image" section in my "Home" page. I find that I'm unable to add an image when i select a "Layout" where the image occupies the whole frame with text in its centre. Is this a bug?

Thanks for your post, @marvwoo. 

If you click on the section in the website editor, you should then see a Content option show on the left. Click on that, and then click on the Image option and you'll find where you can upload a new image or edit one you previously uploaded.
