How do I change the urls of the pages (specifcally in this case, the blog pages) to the way I want?

For example, right now, the url is of the Page Name that I gave it, but I don't want that to be the url.

You can change the permalink of a post once you published it.  Go to your blog page in the editor and click on your post, then click on Post Options on the lower left.  Enter what you'd prefer in the permalink field, then update your blog post.

You can also do this for regular pages by going to the Pages tab, clicking on the page, and entering the new page URL in the appropriate field.
