URGENT HELP! editing site title header

So... I think I may have made a mess of things.

if you look, there is a red bar on the top, with coding text inside. 

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS? 

- it does not show in site preview, when I am editing the site. Only on the site itself. 

- theme: Southcorner - Haberdasher

OK, so I still don't have any idea how it happened...
BUT, I changed my theme twice, and it has now disappeared.
