Transfer a Site to a new weebly Account

I created a "free" account for a local non profit several years ago https://ssfestival.weebly.com/. They have now decided to upgrade and support on their own. What steps do I need to take to transfer the site to the new administrator.

Got it. In that case you will need to submit a ticket to support so that a rep can create a new account on behalf of the new owners. They will request an email address that is not currently in use by a Weebly account. You can reach the email ticket option by clicking on our help center and scrolling down to the bottom of the screen for the Contact Us button. https://www.weebly.com/app/help/us/en

Do you currently have access to the site, @arthurshurn If so, you can change the email and password login from the Account page.

How long does the transfer of a site to a new email address/account take? I did a transfer yesterday and I have still yet to receive a new password/login on the new email address to be able to access the site.

Did you get a reply from our support team saying they had moved the site, @lulu30? If so then it should already be working.
