Title Text moves on published site

Hi. For the life of me I cannot figure this out. I've tried everything from deleting, resizing, settings, etc but I use a ''title'' box in editor, dragged to the header of page, type in text, publish and on the published site you see that text visibly ''bounce" "move" whatever you want to call it, down a bit. Almost like a bad ''reveal" but I have ''reveal'' and ''parallax" switched off on each page except home page. here is a sample: https://rockbluetest.weebly.com/music-reviews

I see what you mean, @btltez1. Hmm... Try doing the following:

1. Change the page type to "no header"

2. Add a new section at the top and use the same background image with it

3. Add a title element to that

Thank you Adam. I will try that now. It's been making me nuts!

No guess that won't work as these are blog pages and I can't add a section once I make it ''no header." 

Any other ideas? Surely this is bug to the theme? Or do I need to change the size of the image or something?

Did you change the size of the text in the headline using the + or - buttons on the text editing toolbar? This seems like a bug to me; I'm not sure if it's specific to that theme or not, though.

yep, changed font, size, position, etc. Tried everything. It's gotta be a bug in that theme so I had to change themes. Ugh.
