Text changes color after scrolling

I'm having a problem where the titles and text will originally apear white, but whenever I scroll down on the "About" and "Original Text" pages of my website, the text appears to change to a lower opacity.  How can I fix it so that the text remains a clear white?

I believe this is a particular feature of the theme you are on. However, it may help to move the content from the Header section into the body. To do this, hover over the text element and drag it down to the bottom section that says "Drag Elements Here". Then you can click on Page>About and choose to display No Header. Let me know how that works out for you.
