Store Tab in Editor

When I click the Store tab, all I get is a page of blue text (looks like coding). I've tried various browsers, emptied all caches, updated Flash and Java to no avail. Any ideas from anyone?

Many thanks Jackie

Do you have an ad blockers or firewall programs installed, @KoroniJax?

I did try turning off Kaspersky and I have no ad or pop-up blockers, still nothing worked.

Can you also try from a browser you usually don't use? Private or incognito mode would be best. For example, if you usually use Firefox, try the editor through Chrome Incognito mode. Smiley Happy

I'm able to access your store tab with no problems.

Many thanks for that suggestion, however, I've tried 3 different browsers, and incognito as well but still no luck. I can access this tab through my android device, but need to work out why its suddenly not working on my computer where I do all the uploading from. The last time I used it I was in the US, and now in Greece - don't suppose that could make any difference?

Do you have access to another network you can use for internet access? A cellular connection using a tethered smart phone would work.

Thanks Adam. I tried that through my husband's mobile and internet network, but still no luck. When I click the Store tab, nothing seems to even load. It just goes straight onto that page.

I appreciate your patience!

Can you please post a screenshot of what you see when you click on the store tab? As well as the browsers you are trying and the version of the browser you are using? Thank you so much!

Thanks. Am attaching the screenshot. The browsers I've tried are CHROME (Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit), INTERNET EXPLORER 11 11.0.96 and MOZILLA FIREFOX 59.0.2. I get the same problem using any of these.   Many thanks for your help, Jackie

Well, that definitely doesn't look right! Smiley Indifferent

It sounds like you used a different internet connection from your husband's mobile phone, but can you also try resetting your modem/router? You can do this by unplugging the device/s, waiting at least 30 seconds, then plugging back in. It's starting to sound more and more like a local issue on the computer, but I'm not sure what else we can try. Unless Adam has another suggestion?

Hi again.  I just had a thought as I've been travelling from Europe to Australia, New Zealand, and the US without any problems. The last time I accessed that Store tab was in the US, and I've not been able to use it since returrning to Greece recently. I've just tried it through a VPN, routed through the UK, and voila, it worked!  It would appear there's a problem with my computer and the Greek networks - both cell phone and internet (although I've used these constantly in the past 7 years without any problem in Weebly). Would you have any idea what could be causing this?  Thanks!  Jackie

I don't! But I can check to see if anyone else has a thought about it. Glad to hear you were able to get in, though! Smiley Happy
