Square item inventory not syncing

No problem with this until yesterday, along with the broken image issue... are we back to this?  I would really appreciate an "official" word on what we can expect and not just be left in the dark to guess.  Very frustrating and I know that I'm not the only one.

May not fix the root cause, but I know my site has been taking several hours to fully sync with a new square item library when I upload a large amount of new items via import / excel. Adding items manually in square is a bit faster, but can still be 10-15 minutes before items are showing up properly.

The issue seems to be that during the coronavirus quarantines we're all working on our sites, as well as more and more people turning to online ordering.

My customers are all complaining about significant load times on my site. I think it's all related.

I completely agree with your assessment.  I do enter my items manually into my Square item library and at this point, it's going on 1.5 hours and it still hasn't synced.  Patience is a virtue?  Side note:  I did have great success between the hours of 10pm-3am. LOL
