Slideshow front page not showing desktop or mobile
Hi. My homepage slideshow was never consistently showing. Recently it stopped and doesn't show up in desktop and mobile version. I've checked other topics and a year ago it was thought to be a site problem. Is that still the cause or anything else?
And its solution would be? Delete and set the slideshow again? Or other solution? Any idea of what might have caused it? (so that it will not be repeated)
Replacing the slideshow may be a good move. However, it might not hurt to contact support directly, as well. That way, we can ensure things stay cleared.
I've replaced the slideshow and for now is working. I'll contact them so that it's possible to understand what might have caused it. Thanks for the fast replies!
