I started with a theme - I forget exactly which one - and when I publish, the menu bar appears next to my title rather than below it as it does in the editor... and as I would like it to appear which is why I chose this theme. Have you found that when you put a youtube video it always appears small and left-justified?
P.S You may want to change the font on your website to lowercase as it is easier to read than capitals and then you can leave the caps for headings etc
I see the same thing on your live site that I do in the editor, @carltonlee. We do have themes that have the logo/title above the navigation. If you change your theme you should see them listed (Haberdasher is one example).
