Site Editor - need old site editor with ability to adjust images to "burnt" feel

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I recently need to edit my website, and since i have not used Weebly in a while it took me some time to get used to new enhancements and changes.

One of the critical features is now missing - which is extremely problematic for my site - all my images are edited with "burnt" feel - and this feature is no longer available. I do have hundres of images either requiring re-editing or having significan mis-match on the website itself.

Please advise if there is a way to download and use Old Site Editor feature locally on my PC or if there is a way to put back "burnt" filter (image feel) into Weebly Site Editor

sincerey

Eugene

Hi Eugene. It's not possible to download the editor or add the filter to the new editor. Can you please provide the link to one of the older sites you created with the filter?

Hello Bernadette,

thank you for your response.

Here is the link to my site (which is my current site that i am/need to update and now will have mismatch in images): https://ticketintoadventure.com/photo-gallery.html

I have around 100 images with this filter.

Sincerely,

Eugene

Thanks, @EC2020. The old image editor which had that option was deprecated as it relied on Flash to operate. I don't know of a way to add the effect using the current editor unless you do it yourself prior to uploading. Have you tried Googling to find an alternative the applies a similar effect?

Hi Adam,

thank you for the info. So, i am using Photoshop to apply the "burnt" frame to an image. I cut out a frame and use layers in photoshop to combine my image and the frame. And using some Photoshop features to apply shadow to make it resembling Weebly's style. Tedious process, but beats redoing 100 images. Plus i do like "look and feel". Fits my theme.

Sincerely,

Eugene
