Site Editor Page Not Loading
I have not been able to edit my published website for the last 2 days from my laptop. This has been going on intermittently for months on multiple browsers & computers. Currently I find my desktop can acess it but my laptop cannot--both Windows 7 --both same browsers. Usually the editor page loads the top headline & then hangs waiting to load the rest. Sometimes it works fine. VERY strange. On some occassions it says "Weebly not responding to long runnings script" although that often disappears before I can click 'Stop Script". I have contacted support several times & the best they could come up with was we all need to upgrade our Operating Systems to Windows 10 or else the editor will no longer work. I see many others are having this problem although Weebly is not acknowledging them either. I have checked for malware using 4 different programs, cleared cache & cookies, ran complete anti-virus system scans, disabled add ons, etc. I think its time Weebly accepted this is an issue on their end & finally fix it.

I need this information too please, my editor is down for all sites and this is effecting my organisation, it's urgent that it's fixed. Have never had this problem before, Weebly please fix urgently!

Same problem but only on new pages I just created. Can't edit them because it just sits there "loading". On same laptop that I used to build the site (Mac). I've tried a different laptop (Windows 10) and have the same issue. Cannot add new pages to site. Please help!

I replicated what you saw with a test page on your site, . It looks like the Facebook Like app is causing some Javascript errors and might be the culprit. Can you try removing the app to see if that fixes the issue for you?

same problem here. i removed a new page i created i also removed the facebook app but nothing. editor still shows loading for the desktop site but mobile site editor loading ok. how is that possible.

I am having the same issue and my site editor is not loading my pages at all. Tried clearing cache and everything I could read up and do but it does not seem to be working. Please help soon.

This is exactly the problem I'm seeing. I have experienced this with 4 browsers now (IE, Chrome,, Safari and Firefox). When firefox was first downloaded (at the suggestion of a weebly tech), it worked fine. Two days later, same issue! This happened while I was actually editing my site. It reloaded and went blank. This issue has been plaguing Weebly since at least 2016 from what I have read. Be assured that I am moving my site to Square Space (where I already have another site) because I'm apparently paying weebly to cause my headaches, lost time and money. I'm at my wit's end.

I've found a workaround - IE or SAFARI in PRIVATE BROWSING mode works. Go figure. It's what I'm telling all my clients to do because this issue has been reported to Weebly many times in past few weeks especially since Chrome updated.
It's likely a Chrome/Weebly conflict with scripting being blocked.
