Hi,
I want to set up the shipping options on my website.
So when people go to checkout page they can choose either standard shipping or express shipping.
I tried to add that options and couldn't find it anywhere.. please help

Have you seen our support article on creating shipping rates? It sounds like you want to create two flat rates for each of those shipping options.

I tried that but that's only for US...
Real-time shipping is limited to certain regions, but the other rate options should work just fine for you.
