Search box not working on website. Help needed, please?

The search box is not working.    From what I could find in the help centre was a lot of people were contacting you for help with the same problem.    Can someone please help me?

Hi @kurastyles Our engineers are working on a fix for the search issues, but I've started a manual reindex of your site. The indexes are a bit backed up so it could be a few days before you see a change. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
