Uploaded a PDF this morning and it only displays the text from the file. No graphics.

Your pdf image is loading as insecure. If I try to open the image inside your pdf in a new tab I get this:
The log shows:
"page at 'https://www.saintjamesthegreater.org/bulletins.html' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://catholictv.com/sites/default/files/uploads/u23/square_CatholicTVMASS_0.png'. This content should also be served over HTTPS."
The HTTP in bold needs to be HTTPS to be treated as secure.
Hope this helps, Gary

Thank you Gary, but that is not helping. We have no control over the HTML code of our pdfs. I have tried to load several pdf files with no success. Even ones that we have already posted to the website will not encode in Scribd now. It has nothing to do with the pdf encoding and something to do with how Scribd is converting the files.
Also, this weekend we have found that we can not upload any video files to the site as well. They upload, but then the system will not go to the encoding function. It just returns to the box asking you to upload a video. There is definitely something wrong with the Weebly site. Videos that were previously uploaded still work, but not new uploads.

Re the images: The problem isn't with your pdf files per se, or Scribd or Weebly, it's with the site where your linked images within the pdfs are loading from.
http://www.catholictv.org/ is clearly displayed as an insecure site on all browsers (so is https). Don't input any passwords or financial details, it does not support encryption. So you are attempting to link images into your pdfs, Scibd and your website from an insecure source. When Scribd and Weebly load your pdf they recognise catholictv.org as insecure and refuse to load the images. Bcause of this, your own website is displaying as not fully/partly secure.
There are three solutions, either:
1. Get catholictv.org to encrypt their traffic.
2. Link to your images from a different, properly secure source (e.g., Google Drive etc).
3. Don't link to images in your pdfs, but embed them inside the document. It'll increase file size but make them secure.
Assuming your videos are correct format, the video issue is unrelated and appears to be an intermittent problem with Weebly.
Hope this helps, Gary

Hi @zge_lhan Can you please post a link to the page with the pdf files? Thanks!
@Letterman Are you still having trouble uploading your videos? I've noticed some intermittent upload errors over the past couple of weeks. We did have a bug filed previously, but the particular bug was closed as resolved.

Hi Bernadette,
Yes our site is now formatting correctly. I contacted our local rep and he said Scribd seemed to fix itself. It is now working correctly.
Still having problems with the videos, though. When you upload the file, it should switch automatically to encoding. Instead, it just goes back to "Upload a video" as though you didn't just do that.

Glad to hear the pdf files are working properly now. I just successfully uploaded an hd video to my test account and confirmed it is playing on the live site. What browser are you currently using? Can you try a new browser in private or incognito mode?
