"SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later" I've had this message displayed for a couple of days now in relation to my site www.olivertan.com. Help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, @Rei76. I'm not sure why but it looks like your SSL certificate didn't renew correctly. I've fixed this so your site should be showing as secure now.

Can you update your A-record to 199.34.228.67? Can you also make sure you only have one record for the WWW subdomain? I believe Go Daddy domains use a CNAME for the WWW record, and not an A-record.

Could you also "restart the process" for my site so that my SSL finally issues instead of stating,  "SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later." as it has for the past few hours? I purchased the domain directly through Weebly, so that can't be the issue here.

Welcome to the Community, @Ankurc7. 

I think the renewal of your SSL certificate failed for some reason. I restarted it and it correctly issued an SSL certificate for the site, and your site shows as secure now.

Can I reset my SSL myself?  Mine (bespokegardening.com) has been stuck for at least weeks in the "not secure"  mode and this is what I see when I check out the SSL in my website:

SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later.

If not, could you reset it please?

I think your certificate renewal was stuck for some reason. I restarted it and it looks to have issued it correctly.

I checked your website and it looks like our support team was able to help you with this. It's showing as secure for me now! I think something probably caused the renewal of your certificate to fail for some reason.

Hi @mhc. Did you still need help? I checked both sites in your account and they both show as secure for me.
