Resize uploaded videos

Hi there,

I have uploaded my video in weebly to put on my site, www.gosprout.tech but the video sizing options are only limited to the 4 preset options. 

Is there any way I can manually resize the video to my liking?

I don't think there's a way to add in additional size options to presets you already see there. You might be better off resizing your source video to fit a preset rather than the other way around.

We prefer to keep the size of the video using the format we like (Most of our videos are UHD 3048x12080).

Is it so hard to write the code and customise the video window?

What about Custom CSS in the Theme setting? I could not find an option to resize in the Custom CSS choices.
