Removing line from mobile menu

Hey All!

I've recently been updating a website that I use for my classes: www.bortnickmath.weebly.com

I've been mostly happy with getting things setup, however, I have one persistent problem that I cannot figure out. When visiting the site on mobile (Safari on a brand new Iphone and the in the moble demo), in addition to links to the various pages of the website, it says "ACE Technical Charter High School". This was the name of my previous school, at the time when I made this site it was relevant, but at this point I would like to remove it.

I cannot for the life of me see where the site is even pulling that line of information from.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Your website is using an older theme that it has been customized, which could be the reason the mobile view is not displaying properly. From what I can tell, it looks like the text is coming from the "phone number" section under Theme > Theme Options. 

You can try to delete the text by turning on the phone number option, then clicking on the area in the theme. I'm assuming it will be removed from the mobile view if you delete the text, then republish.

Your advice was spot on. By toggling that, I was able to access and delete that information. I'm not sure why it was typed into the Phone Number field.... genuinely strange.

I made this site originally in the early 2010's, so I am not surprised if it is an incredibly outdated theme.... I probably should consider upgrading to a new theme.

Hello,

I am trying to remove some text in the mobile version of the website navigation, but I can't find access to that html.

The text "Felicia Fahey PHD" falls between the navigation links and the social media icon.  It only appears on the mobile site hamburger menu flyout of makeoutroom.com

Hi @jro1

I think the issue is similar to the original post in this thread. I was able to remove the text by switching to the mobile view in the editor, then clicking the hamburger menu, then toggling "off" the phone option. Note: it doesn't actually look like it has been toggled off, but I can no longer see the text. You will need to republish in order for the live site to be updated.
