Remove menu bar from landing page
Hi Community
All I want to do is create a landing page that has no header, navigation bar or menu bar. So that when people arrive they are greeted with my logo, my catch phrase and a button that takes further into my site.
Here is my current site;http://www.manaconnections.com/ - and I am using the 'slick' theme.
As you can see, I've achieved 90% of what Im after, but the Menu top left as well as the whitelines are still there.
I've tried all codes I've seen on these threads and have entered them into Header Code via SEO Settings but still... NADA! - I was somewhat of a noob with comprehending coding, but after relentlessly scouring and trawling the net (Weebly Commuinity, Google, Youtube, and all Adam's posts etc) I now know the basics quite well.
Also, when people enter my page I want them to arrive to my home page that then has a fixed or floating navigation menu along the top, is this possible with this theme? It doenst appear so
Please can someone help me? I'm at my wits end and my wife is pressuing me to abort Weebly and just subscribe to Wordpress because she believes the tutorials are more indepth and the platform is more robust. Help me prove her wrong! and help me grow my online platform.
Sincerely
AZKIKR

@AZKIKR This is a somewhat advanced solution. It sounds like the Weebly Site Editor has been difficult for you to pick up. You may want to contemplate taking a look at Squarespace or Wix. In either case, take a little time to read through the introductory knowledgebase articles in those platforms so that you understand the basics of how to put a site together. Both of these tools are similar to Weebly but you may find the organization and depth of page elements control to be better than you see in the Weebly Site Editor.

Hi @AZKIKR You can change this by logging into the editor and clicking on Pages at the top, then the page name on the left. Click the dropdown where it says "splash" then choose either the "header" or "no header" option.
Once you are done editing you can re-publish the site.

@Bernadette He's basically trying to remove all the chrome from his landing page. So no header, no navigation bar, no logo, no footer. Changing from the "Landing" page type to either Header or No Header isn't going to get him to where he wants to go. To get a chrome-less page, you have to modify an existing page header code or create a new page header type based on the No Header type and hide the page chrome items which is what my linked solution explains. That didn't work for him which means that the instructions are too advanced for him to follow. As I've suggested in another post, given his abilities and frustration with the Weebly Editor, he's better off looking at another platform.

That makes sense now. I missed the entire bulk of this thread, but thanks for the heads up!
