Remove a Widget

Recently on my page I have this vCita "contact" widget. How can I get this removed?!

Where any extra Apps are concerned, you should be able to remove them from a page the same as a standard element, and disconnect them entirely in your App Center. Is there a particular page this widget is appearing on?

I am having this same issue with the vcita widget. It completely hijacked my website, www.calvertvoicestudio.com

I initially downloaded vcita's "scheduler pro" app but deleted it from my apps settings right away, before even registering with them. 

This widget is now covering my webpage on multiple platforms and devices. 

How can I have this permanently removed?

I'm not seeing that behavior, nor the app installed. Has this resolved on your end since you last posted?

I cannot see the vcita widget when visiting your page so you must have fixed it! let me know how you got it removed!

I do not have an app center when trying to edit my site. Maybe this is because it is an education site? I am not sure. The vcita widget appears on every page

MsRitter, it would seem the app was added to the site at some point when the account was a standard account, and then the account converted to Education? I will send you an email looking for permission to convert it back to standard, then I should be able to remove the app, and then if appropriate, we can convert the account back to Education.

I have the same issue. I either want to figure out how to manage it or i want to get rid of it. its on every page.

Hi, @sdScuba. Go to Settings > My Apps within the website editor, then click the "..." button for the app. Use the delete option, and it should also remove it from any pages of your site.

I am having this same problem, even though I have already removed the app and it no longer shows in my app center. Please help! withbalance.org

I unpublished the site, then republished and the widget went away. Woohoo!

Hello, I have been hit with the same problem. What is with this company? I just opened my website this evening, added the cvita scheduler in the wrong page, now I can't delete it either. Can you help me as well? Thank you so much.
