Remove Today's Metrics From Dashboard?

I like the dashboard and use it daily.  However, the fact that today's metrics are always included in the Last 7 or Last 30 or Last 90 days makes the comparison to the previous period incorrect.  That's because Today's results are always 0, so the calculation you do to has one day of 0, rendering the calculation incorrect.

For example on my site for today your canned Last 30 Days report goes from Dec 5th to Jan 3rd (today) and shows that I'm down 2% on unique visits and 1% on page views vs the previous 30 days.  But If I choose Custom and dial in Dec 4th for the starting point and Jan 2nd as the end, I'm actually up 1% on unique visits and 2% on page views.  And that's apparently because you always include today's 0 results in the calculation.

Could you just take today out of the canned results?  In other words, make it run up through yesterday, which is the most recent day for which there's data?  Seeing the graph go to zero at the end every time does no one any good, but if you took today out then the results should be correct.

Thanks.  But just to clarify, the numbers aren't confusing.  They are wrong.  If I look at the Last 7 Days it gives me the last 6 days and then a 0 for today.  Even if I try that at 23:59:59 it'll show me 0 for today.  But we both know that there's been traffic today.  So the data is wrong.

The easy way out is just to make The Last X Days end last night at midnight.  Then the comparisons to the previous 7/30/90 days will be correct.
