Normally, deleting an element you used to upload an image will delete the image file. If you are unable to do that, though, contact our support team and provide them with the file name and they can remove it for you.
On the support site, make sure you are logged in and click on the Contact Us link. Tell the chatbot that you want to speak to a representative, and it will then provide any options available to talk to our support team.
