RSVP form will not allow multiple selections

I have been using a RSVP form for over two years to allow my users to make multiple selections of events they will attend from a list of events.  For example, in one visit to the site they can select 10 events, etc. Now, each user can only select one event at a time each time they visit the form.  Has the code changed?  Is there a solution?  Thanks.

Thanks for that. It looks like the form is using the Options Button element instead of the Checkbox element. If you remove the options button element and replace it with a checkbox element, you visitors should be able to select multiple options with the form.

I did not know such an option existed.  This form is just an update to the one I used the previous years.

I see nowhere to choose between various selection boxes or types.  Can you help?

Hi there. If you log into your editor you can click on the form to open up the editing options. Drag the checkbox element into the form and recreate the options. Then you can delete the original options button element you no longer need. Just make sure to save your form and republish when you are done.

I see no "checkbox" element in my version of the Weebly editor.
