Very sorry for the trouble. While it may sound redundant. Please clear the browser's cache/cookies, close it, reopen and try again. Many times issues can be cured, just by doing this alone. One reason, why we ask that this is step is performed first, during all standard troubleshooting.

So, that we can get a better idea of exactly what is happening. Can you please create a video screen capture of you working on the site? A video will allow us to see the problem in action. Be sure to capture the entire screen, not just the editor. If you have anything that you don't want to displayed in the video. Please close those tabs.
You can create the screen capture using
http://screencast-o-matic.com. It is free and works like a charm. Simply, follow the steps. When the recording is over, choose the upload to screencast o matic option. After the video completes encoding, they will provide you with a link to the video. Please send the link back to us in your reply. It is the only way for us to view the video.
Also, please include the site address that you are having trouble with and which browser and version you are using.
Finally, let us know of any steps you have already taken,(if any) to remedy the problem on your end.
