Problems with accent typing in blog
Hello,
I just published a post using accents in French and there are a lot of weird characters popping in that I did not type in...is this a problem with me using accents when typing?
Thanks!

It seems that you probably are messing things using more than one charset.
Try this: under the Template tab, click the lower Edit HTML/CSS button. Then under your header types folder open each one of them and locate your META tag. Make sure the charset for all of them are set to utf-8, resulting in something like this:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/>

I have done this and re-published my site. No change in the problem.

I also have this problem using Welsh - I want the url of the page to say Cân y Coed - but the url comes up all mispelt - SO I put the English instead - Song of the Trees & the url comes up as Song-of-the-tree ... How can I take these dashes out? Anyone know? Thanks -
