I want to downgrade to the "Pro" subscription (10€ monthly) without having to cancel the site.

I've removed the plan for you and added the remaining credit to your account. You can upgrade to the Pro plan now and the credit will automatically apply at checkout.
Thanks Bernadette. However the upgrade page is not working and I cannot upgrade to a pro plan.
What happens when you click the upgrade button and try to assign Pro service to the site?
It opens a page with the word "upgrade" at the top but totally blank
If you switch to a different browser temporarily does the upgrade page load for you?
