Q re. Personal information and data:

Our organization has adopted very strict protocols re. use and storage of personal information - emails, phone numbers, etc.  Two questions: 

When a person hits the button / link:   EMAIL US.. linked to our EMail address, does their email information become part of WEEBLY data base, or is their information accessible beyond the person emailing and our organization that is receiving? 

When a member of the public signs RSVP on the calendar App Tockify, is that information stored / housed on either the WEEBLY site, or the Tockify site?

Hi Neil!

Those are both great questions.

1) When someone clicks the EMAIL US button on your site, it prompts their computer to open up their email software to send an email to the email address you have linked to the button. Their email to you will go through their email provider to yours, so no data will be transmitted on Weebly.

2) Very similar to the process described above, the Tockify calendar is actually hosted on Tockify servers. Any information associated with the Tockify calendar, including information a visitor provides by clicking RSVP, is stored on Tockify's servers. Weebly has no access to that information.
