PUBLISHING A BLOG, WILL NOT PUBLISH BUT REMAINS IN DRAFT

I HAVE SPENT HOURS GOING OVER THE SAME THINGS TRYING TO PUBLISH A BLOG.  I HAVE FOLLOWED THE SAME PROCEDURE I HAVE DONE IN THE PAST BUT I CANNOT GET THIS BLOG TODAY TO BE PUBLISHED.  PLEASE HELP!
