Offtopic: Hi Everyone! I was looking on different sites on Google and finally found a site which is designed outclass. Just want to know that Can I make it in Weebly or not? Waiting gor Expert's answer. Thanks. You can visit site.

Yes, you could do this quite easily.

This site looks very similar to the Weebly Cento theme (logo above, nav below) using a blog page with sidebar (without the date - easily done with a small bit of code). The edge effect of the body of the page can easily be achieved using the Call Out Box app, free from the Weebly app store. The coloured rectangles can be done using the free Content Color Box app. The contact form and footer are standard fare. The red lines wrapping the nav menu would require some small, basic changes to the code.

It would be much easier to do this via a theme. To get to use themes, when you start on making a website MAKE SURE you choose 'I Just Want A Website' and NOT 'I Want An E-Commerce Store'. The themes (and the apps) are only available with the first option. You can still use e-commerce tools with the 'just a website' option. Like I said, the 'Cento' theme would seem to be the closest to what you want. Or 'Clean Lines' perhaps.
