Not receiving the new inquiries

New inquiry is not coming in. 
It was working earlier this morning but not now.   I tested out myself but No Emails, No info on the dashboard either.    It is worse because (from the customers), it reads as if we received their inquiries. (but we are not.) 

We have currently 3 forms in the different places:

Thanks for posting, @DansEnglish. I submitted an entry with the first form you linked and it worked okay for me. Can you check to see if you received my entry?

The problem was solved by itself a couple of hours after I posted the issue.  I don't know what happened...
