Need help with weebly html/css editor

I add in my own theme that i coded myself with css and html, but how to i link the page together in weebly? I have a navgation bar but i dont know how to link the page to the button. I know how to outside of weebly, but weebly a little different. I just want to know what to i out in for the link on the button so thatwhen you click it goes to that page? Any thoughts?

I don't know how to do that, but in general it is better to start with a weebly theme and customize the way you like.  That way you get the benefit of basic infrastructer of Weebly and media queries as well as drag and drop. Unless you are an expert coder in html/css/js like many of the people here who provide custom themes your adventure is very ambitious.
