Navigation button (3 bars) visible on mobile

Has anyone come across a way to disable the mobile navigation which still shows up if disabled on the desktop version? I have tried searching for answers, but every similar question doesn't have an answer for it. Any simple code I can use to remove this?

What's the address of your site, @Raserei23? Some of our CSS-savvy members could probably come up with a way to do that if they can see the live site.

@Adam, Lets use http://testingdomainsmobile.weebly.com/ for instance. It's just a temporary page. The main objective is creating a landing page for mobile viewers, so if I could possibly get rid of the navigation button (with no links to navigate to) that would be superb! Thanks a ton!

I have found several other topics with the exact same issue, none of which have found solutions. Is this something that is being looked into?

To everyone with the same issue as me, if you aren't going to be using the navigation on any pages, a simple fix is to just remove the menu label section from main.css.
