Navigation Menu Does Not Show Up On Published Website

On the editor menu on front page is allright, but on published site it is not displayed. Anyone who can check and help?

I think the site is having problems. I cannot get the gallery function to work, and the captions do not show up in the published website.

The menu is working on blog, contact and other pages. The problem appears just on main index.html page.

When you hover in the menu section links to the pages are there. The problem is the visual aspect.

I back up most of the scripts. And the problem is still the same.

Find that <script type="text/javascript" src="/files/theme/custom.js"></script> had some problems.

I have this exact problem. The navigation menu is not visible in IE (but you can still click the invisble links) but shows up on mobile and in Chrome. What is the fix?
