My invited editor cannot log in ...

I've added an editor ... sent the invitation ... but when she clicks the link in the invitation, is taken to a login page ... but what password does she have to use?

i want her to create her own, but this is not an option.

i have been trying on her behalf, deleting her and re adding to get a new password ... then i have logged into the invition ... and clicked 'sign up' now ... inputted her email and couldnt get any further because that email is already in use!!!

so ... i created a new gmail account for her position, logged in myself with this email, received the invitation, then clicked 'forgot password' ... but still have not received the reset email ... although, i did yesterday when i added my own personal email.

help!

I checked the site and I see that there's two editors assigned and both emails have access to the site. Did you sort this out, or are you still having trouble with a different email?

Having a similar problem. My editor got in fine last week, but this week cannot access my site. Weebly sends her to create a new site. 

Also, when first signing in, it takes her to square  . . . 

We deleted and re-added an editor. no luck.

If your editor made a new account being sent to Square to log in is normal, and it should send her back to Weebly after logging in. Which of your sites did you invite someone to edit?
