Moving site title to left

Hi

I'm wanting to move my site title to the left hand side. I can't seem to do this following instructions from previously posted solutions. I'm not sure if this is because i want to move the site title rather than header as such. 

This is my website. I'm talking about the title Hampton Library at the very top.

Hi @verly009

It would be easier to change your theme to one with the title on the left side. You can preview the different themes with your site by clicking Theme > Change Theme 😊
