Move the log in / register function off the title bar

Can this be done using the CSS? I just want to move it to the top of my website or even the bottom. Any suggestions???

It can probably be done with code, or you could choose to not show the login in the navigation bar. Then you could add your own button, image, or text and link to the login url. What is the name of your website? I'll verify the url you would use.
