Menu button on mobile phone not working

I have my weebly websites with a different company, but wanted to let you know that with android 9 the menu button, add to cart button and shopping cart buttons don't work.  Ive tried it on iphoned, works, my android phone not android 9, works, tablets work.  I tried 4 android phones with the new 9.0 and no buttons work.

Of course my host said it's just cache issues, but it's not.  Just giving you a heads up.  I have already contacted my host, they are doing nothing.

Sorry to hear, @DonnaL. What is the name of the site? I can try to forward the info to the appropriate team. Although, I'm not 100% sure how much control we would have over the resolution.

Its definately an android 9 issue, thanks for checking into it, at least you can see what's going on.  Other android versions are working.

Months after you reported this, I am having he exact same issue as is a friend of mine.  Some menus work, some do not.  After reporting this several times, nothing.  It is an Android 9 only compatibility.

Strange, I didn't see the followup post @DonnaL. Are you still having an issue? @Blueflint what is the name of your site, please? Did you report it here or through the support center?

It appeared to be issues with Android 9 on certain older templates.  I changed the template I used this morning and things are working fine now.
