Logo & navigation menu are disappear

The logo and the navigation menu on top of my website are both disappear. Both buttons will show on the editing page, but not on the published website. The mobile menu button is also not working on my website, how can I fix it? Please help.

It looks like the site theme has been customized with custom code. Unfortunately, we are not able to troubleshoot custom code. Do you remember what you customized? The first thing I would suggest is reverting back to a standard Weebly theme, then publishing to see if the header and navigation bar comes back.
