Logging in to Membership Pages
Hello,
I have a group of members who can acess a selection of pages. When they log in, they are prompted with the list of pages and select one. Is therey any way to eliminiate this list, so they autmatically log in to the page in the nav bar?
Thanks,
Jess

Hi and thanks for reaching out! There isn't a way to change that at this time. Do all of your members have access to the same pages? You could choose to password protect the page instead.

Yes, They all access the same pages. The problem is there's a page called "Cancel" which is the redirect confirmation/thank you page after they cancelled. But when they log in, they click that page in the list thinking they've cancelled (their paid subscription), but they're only taken to the confirmation and never actually cancel. It's causing me a lot of refunds!! How can I avoid this?

Should I just make the redirect page public since it is only accessible from a button/form in the members-only page? Would that remove it from the list?

Yes, it would remove it from the list. Also, make sure to "hide from navigation" so that it doesn't show up in your nav menu.

Hi,
I made all the group pages public except for the one page in the nav bar (I just want them to log into that page), but the list is still there. Is there something else in the settings I need to change? I really need the list eliminated!
Thanks

The list will always show right now, although the cancel page should no longer be included with the list. Are you still seeing that?

Yes, the list is still showing all the pages I changed to public. I was hoping that with only one page for members-only (the one in the nav bar), there would be no list. Would there be a list for just one page? What else besides changing the pages to public do I need to do to get them off the list?!
Thanks for your help!

If the pages are public they shouldn't show in the list. What is the name of the site and one of the pages that is showing? And/or can you post a screenshot?

I think it's just been glitchy. I logged in from my phone, got the list. My friend didn't. A few days later, I logged in on my pc, no list. When I go to edit group, the list of pages is there, but when I click to edit the pages, they're not. So I think it's working ok, but just taking some time to purge the old settings.
Thanks!
