Like button on Blog posts is anonymous

Hi I'd like to clear up if the like button on blog posts is showing the number of likes directly from that post, or where the link is shared on fb as well?  Also, as the moderator, how can I determine specifically who liked it, right now it seems anonymous?  -TIA

According to Facebook's FAQs, the number makes up these things:

1. The number of likes of your URL
2. The number of shares of your URL (this includes copy/pasting a link back to Facebook)
3. The number of likes and comments on stories on Facebook about your URL
