Invite People to Edit Your Site - Editor I Assigned Not Getting Emails to Edit Site for All My Sites
To Weebly,
When using the "Invite People to Edit Your Site" feature, my editor I assigned from my Weebly account is not getting all of the emails to edit site for all my sites. She got most of them but is not getting all of the emails that willl allow her to edit. I tried sending it to her multiple times and had her check her spam/junk, Clutter and regular inbox folders. Do you know why this is now happening?
Can you fix this? Also how do we create a help desk ticket for technical issues like this? Can you add form to your website that will make it easy to submit?

You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.
Can you clarify what you mean by "She got most of them but is not getting all of the emails that willl allow her to edit." Which emails are you referring to when you say she got most of them? Does she already have a Weebly account setup?
