Image editor not working

When I to to edit the image in the page header. I do not get any options for editing--only the ability to move the image around--save and cancel. I know I could change the header images before because my site have different pages with different header images, but now I am unable to change the image.

Hi, @heart4dogs!

When you hover over the header and click "Edit Image" you should have a few options, including the option to change the image, to blur, to zoom, to darken, and to filter. Are you seeing these options at the bottom of your screen?

Hi,

I'm having problems editing the image of the restaurant on the top of my home page www.glutenfreedining.co.uk

Im unable to edit or upload (which is what i want to do)

Even when i edit i just get a new grey and black window pop up with just the X for close window in the left corner.

Are there currently problems for other people with this.

I made a change on our end which might help. Can you try clearing your browser cache and reloading, @PaulTh?

Hi,

I'm also having trouble with the image editor.  I get the pop-up menu when I click on the image, but when I click edit image, I get a grayed out screen.  I tried to replace the image entirely, and now I get no pop-up when I click on the image.

Sorry to hear that, Amy. Can you try switching to another browser like Chrome or FireFox temporarily to see if that helps?

I am having the same problem. No, it does not bring up the editing features. Just the cancel and save.

Which image are you trying to edit, @Anahata? Could you provide me a link to the page that has the image and let me know which one?

I have edited the page to work differently for now. If I get this problem again I will contact you. thx muchly.
