I really screwed up making changes to a page - can I transfer a page from one website I have with you, to another? That would solve the problem! I can't redo the page as I no longer have the original photos.

It would not be possible to transfer a page from one site to another; you can make a copy of a site and edit the copy, although I'm not sure if that would be more or less work. Another option is you could download a site archive of the site with the page you need. That should include any images uploaded to the site so you could re-upload them.

Neophyte questions! How do I down load an archive? Then how would I incorporate images from archive to current site?

No problem! Go to the Settings tab in the editor and scroll down, and you should see an option to export your site archive. That'll send you a link where you can download the zip. Once you have that, you'll need to look through the images in the archive and upload them again to image elements (or whatever element you had used them with).
