I cannot access Weebly to edit my website
My website exists and is visible, but when I went to the weebly.com site to login and edit my site, I was unable to do so. I got an error message: "Been re-directed too many times. Try clearning your cookies." I cleared the cookies and I still cannot access Weebly to edit my site.
I tried calling Customer Support which is asking for a pin, which I have never had and cannot get from my website, which I cannot log in to.
Sorry I ever paid for Weebly...but I need an answer now, since my business is online. Very disapointed.

Chiming in to say I'm also experiencing trouble with this.
The user interface frame appears, but it's completely blank with no editing options. Switching browsers and clearing cookies/cache doesn't fix it. I'll try again from my home computer in a few hours before submitting a support ticket, but I'm disappointed at the inconvenience. I really hope this isn't due to the recent expiration of Flash.
Will be checking back for updates.

Are you still having trouble, @ehollice? I checked your account and it looks like you might have been able to log in and publish.

Yes, it seems like my workplace was blocking the site. Sorry for the red flag; all is well on my end and working smoothly! Thanks for the follow-up, Adam!

If you switch to a different browser temporarily, are you able to log in @Renee2?

Can you try switching to a different browser temporarily, @nheng76302, to see if that helps?
