I can't publish my website‏

Hi,
When I want to published my website, opened a box.
This text in box:
''Changes or Upgrade Required
Your site is using features your plan does not include. Upgrade now or remove the following features to publish your site.
Modify or remove these premium elements and features:
Search Box''

I don't use search box. Notwithstanding, I can't publish my website so I can't prepare news (www.izmirlininsesi.com) .

Using a custom domain name requires that a site be upgraded to a paid plan, @Dilek. It looks like you had Pro in the past for this feature, and due to a bug on our end it let you keep using the domain anyway. That bug was resolved recently, and when you changed your site address it then prompted you to upgrade your site again.

I am facing the same problem, and I'd appreciate assistance.  I've moved from the paid membership to the unpaid membership because of my current needs.  It is saying that I can't publish my site until I upgrade because I still have "pro" account features.  I've scoured my site trying to find those features, and as best I can tell they aren't there to delete.  This is a really problematic decision by Weebly to freeze accounts until they remove these features without warning.  While I was already considering an upgrade regardless, this business decision decreased my confidence in Weebly as a reliable service.

I am having trouble publishing my site too.

It's directing the problem to my members section.

I dont want to re-upgrade at this point and want to stop the business upgrade, which is now meaning i cant publish my pages till this members section is fixed.

Have you tried removing any members and groups you've added, as well as making your pages all visible publicly?

I have an issue as well. I had my previous site on tumblr and I've just tried to transfer it on weebly (updating DNS on my domain website as required). It tells me that it's published but when I open the page is still on tumblr and says error (I deleted my account on tumblr). Any ideas? Many thanks.

I've found out that I can't see my website on any browser except for Chrome and this happens on my phone and other computers then mine. How can I solve this problem? I've already delete my old account on Tumblr, I hope it's not the reason for the issue

Hey @paola85!

It looks like you have some extra A records for your domain when I check the DNS for it.

Keep ->      paolacantachin.com	   A	199.34.228.67
Remove ->    paolacantachin.com	   A	94.136.40.82
Remove ->    *.paolacantachin.com  A	94.136.40.82
Keep ->      *.paolacantachin.com  A	199.34.228.67

If you make the changes shown above and give it a day or so to propagate it should work fine for you.

I couldn't update or show my website too (http://www.i-edu.tw/) which showed at the front 404 message. And the message in the editor mode said I should remove all the password protected pages features, but it doesn't let me make them all public in the popup box. Could you please help? Thanks!
