I can't find where to import css? Maybe I need to upgrade?

Hi, I cant find anywhere to import a csv file. I read the documentation on importing/exporting but it doesnt say specificly how or where I go to import a CSV.
I'm just testing weebly with the free site. Maybe I need to upgrade to have that option? If so what plan would I have to upgrade to?

Thanks for posting, @cameroni. You should see the option to import in Items > Item Library. Are you looking at our guide on exporting and batch updating items?
