I can't delete the white box and the pictures

I have a concern about the text box and the pictures on this page. I have been trying to delete this call-out box and pictures on this page but I can't do so. The red x that comes up at the top right won't appear when I try to hover the cursor over it. I found the same problem on weebly community page , and someone  mentioned about color block app. I tried and deleted it but still I can't solve it.

Hi @mizochan,

The white box has a class of callout-box--standard. I suspect that is from an app you've added. Can you please disable that app in Settings>My Apps> and then click the elipsis on the right hand side that is aligned to call out box.

The pictures should be able to be deleted by clicking the cross in the top right-hand corner of the picture. Please try a different browser if you can to see if that helps you click it.

Yes, @mizochan. I can see what you're trying to do. Did you try to remove the app like I suggested? Or a different browser?

Yes, I deleted the app. However, I still can't delete the pictures on the page. That red x , won't appear .

Hi @mizochan, 

Can you try dropping a spacer element higher on the page (temporarily) to force it to move. That might reset things or allow you move it.

You could also try temporarily changing to another header type for that page which might reset it too. 

Other than that you might be a Weebly admin to log in and try what you can't do.

Lastly can you make sure you've got the latest version of your web browser. Sorry it's not a perfect solution.

I used a different browser as you suggested then moved those pictures to another rectangular box, then finally I could delete all the pictures . Thanks for the help. It meant so much.
