Thanks for your post, @asiamoney. If you go to the Settings tab in the editor, you should see a link to your recent export. If you click on that you can download the export directly.
Hi @tarmel56. I checked the Settings tab for your site in the website editor and I see a link for an archive that was requested yesterday. Do you not see that link?
I'm having the same problem. On the setting, I entered my email and click on the email archive button it has been 12 hours but I did not receive an email and also I am not able to see any link on the setting to download.

Which of your sites are you trying to export an archive of? I wasn't sure which to check. Also, are you trying to send it to the same email address you use for your account?
